We received our four figure order and it was missing the resealable portion of the bags. Yes, we received zip lock bags that don’t seal. We wasted time and money and now waiting for a response from you all. This is delaying many things and we were reassured they were all resealable bags.

Dagmawi, I am sorry that you are disappointed with your order. We responded to your request via email as well. I have looked into your orders and a zipper is one of the 5 choices that must be made at the point of ordering. (Size, film, zipper, hang hole, quantity) in your case, you chose "no" for a zipper. in addition, there are three different steps where you must confirm these attributes prior to checkout. We want everyone to be satisfied with their orders and strive to meet every expectation. In the email that I sent, I did include screen shots of each stage of your order where the zipper choice was "no". In spite of that, what can we do to remedy this?
