My packaging came out awesome
My packaging came out awesome. They have great prices and they do have pretty good customer service. The only thing I would want is the option to do custom sizes or more variety in packaging size. The site uses Adobe illustrator (I believe it was) to download their packaging template which is a downside. You can’t use their service without that software. I had to have my package designer go on their site to download because I would have to purchase this software. I am not a designer so I don’t have these softwares on my computer. Other companies will simply send the template. But with the prices the package lab charges, I can’t really complain. Pricing is excellent and they really cover a gap in the industry for small/medium/startup businesses

Commendable customer service. Jeff provided a good product overview. Went to great lengths to answer all my questions. Samples sent promptly and I was told the ordering procedure.
