I ordered a sample pack. It arrived quickly with not one or two samples, but several samples. I had a question and called and they were very helpful. I will definitely be ordering pouches from this company.

I was unhappy with their design and I…
I was unhappy with their design and I wasn't interested in working with them anymore. They refused to refund my money for no services provided. As a black man I feel I was taken advantage off. Not to surprised to be treated like this by this company. I'm angry, frustrated and sad of how our society gives me no respect. I would not recommend this company even to my worst enemy.

Clive, I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the design. As we discussed, the creative process is always subjective. The normal process for our $250 design for me program is to provide three unique drafts and get feedback for revisions. With the only feedback being the review, vs. discussing with our designers, we didn't have the opportunity to make this right. As a web based company, I am unsure how race can be a component as we have absolutely no idea the race of our customers. Even if we did, that would NEVER play a role in our decisions. The culture at The Packaging Lab is very diverse and multicultural. We take pride in maintaining very inclusive and inviting environment throughout our entire organization and that is evident to anyone who has the opportunity to meet our team. It is very disappointing that you would choose to defame our company in this way. I received samples from the Packaging…
I received samples from the Packaging Lab and my goodness, I was blown away! The quality and craftsmanship that they put into their products are stellar!! If you're in the market for ensuring that your products give that WOW factor, you're at the right place! I can't wait to place an order for my products. With so many vibrant selections to choose from, these pouches are far from the mundane, boring, and basic pouches that you see everyday.

Exceptional products and customer service
Greg was great in answering my questions and getting me the samples and dielines I needed for my designer. We are super excited and can’t wait to place our first order. The quality and variety of the pouches are exceptional!

Great service for the most part.
Great service, reasonable price, and very efficient. Product was well done. Only about less than 3% of the pouches were defective the first order. I do wish they would have done something to follow up with my about the defective bags to show an attempt to improve or warranty their work. That would have set them over the top. I've emailed their customer support as well as direct salesman contact but no response. Overall I will continue using their service for now.
