Aside from a rather impressive selection of machines, I found their customer service to be very up-front and knowledgeable. They helped me confirm the dimensions and were quick to answer any questions I had. The machine arrived very well packed, and in the exact condition promised.

The customer service these people have is OUTSTANDING!!!!! I had an issue ordering a product on their website, but instead of just writing an "I'm sorry" reply and leaving it alone, they took the time to personally text my phone and tell me that if they can't fix the online portion, then we can order it over the phone. If businesses the world over cared about their customers the way these people do, we would have Heaven on Earth;) I am nobody special, I'm just an average Joe and instead of just ignoring me and going about their business, they have gone out of their way to make sure I wasn't ignored. These people are getting ready for an important Open House today and they still took the time to make sure I was taken cared of:) Thank you guys soooo much for the awesome customer service and Good Luck on the Open House today!!!!!

Nic and Brooke were very knowledgeable and made the purchasing process a breeze. They were able to get me all the pinballs I was looking for and worked with me on a payment plan. They were delivered in pristine condition and expertly installed. Wouldn't use anyone else. Strongly recommended.
