My Maltese loves the air dried dog…
My Maltese loves the air dried dog food. I mix it with kibble and he eats the Pets Table food and leaves the rest! Dogs are smart!! I only gave this 3 stars because the paperwork and instructions were incorrect with the 2 week sample. One sheet said serve 1.5 cups/day, I received a different amount with the food order and when I chatted with a rep, I was given a different amount. This concerned me and I may end up cancelling due to incorrect information.

Hi Carol, Thank you so much for sharing your experience—it's great to hear your Maltese is enjoying the air-dried food from The Pets Table! Dogs are smart, and it sounds like he knows what he likes. We’re really sorry for the confusion around the feeding instructions. Getting conflicting information from different sources can be frustrating, especially when it involves your pet’s nutrition. Your concern is completely valid, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll pass your feedback along to the team to help improve the clarity and consistency of the guidance we provide. Warm regards, The Pets Table Team

My dog loves pets table and i love…
My dog loves pets table and i love being able to provide her with it! We do the mixed plan and she eats it all up everyday! However, Every shipment i am constantly being shorted freeze dried food/: I’ve messaged them every time about it and they say it will be fixed next shipment and it never is… quite disappointing honestly.

The shipments of food have varied…
The shipments of food have varied tremendously in the level of moisture in the food. The dryer food tends to crumble to dog food "dust" that my dogs won't eat. There have been a couple of bags of the dryer food that leaves between one quarter to one third of the content in crumbs. This has made me consider switching to other brands,

Dog likes the food
Dog likes the food. The shipment packaging was a bit of nightmare as the padded insulator would be destroyed in transit leaving confetti in the box upon opening...which stuck to the food and was very messy. Didn't love that 3 meals came from each pouch of food as it was very messy to serve. Company randomly and without notice decreased the amount of food being sent with each package - feeding guidelines were 1 cup per day and they began sending bags that only contained 12 cups. No adjustment in price and not enough food to get my pup through until the next shipment. Customer service offered no assistance at all so I switched to a new food service.

I like the recipes
I like the recipes . The packages arrive frozen Together. They are unable to be separated and therefore created a defrost issue. There are far too many packs to an order so I extended to every 12 weeks.

Hi Amanda! Thank you for your review! We’re glad to hear that you like the recipes, and we truly appreciate your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the inconvenience with the frozen packaging. It is feedback like yours that helps us grow and improve! We will pass this information on to our teams in hopes that it can be used when making changes and improvements in the future. Additionally, we understand how overwhelming it can feel to receive more food than expected. If you ever find that the quantity or portioning isn’t quite right for your dog’s needs, you can retake the pet profile quiz at any time to adjust their meal plan. This helps ensure the portions and frequency better align with your preferences and your pet’s dietary requirements. We appreciate you taking the time to rate us! Thank you for being the best part of The Pets Table!

Messy Presentation
The first box that was shipped was a mess. Broken container pieces that were thrown into the box, broken and empty bags of dry ice, had to wash the food bags of stuck dry ice. The food itself is okay. My dog goes to the bathroom more on it than normal. So I’m still figuring out if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. Other than that, very similar to Farmers Dog.
