The Pets TableReviews of thepetstable.com

My dogs are quite selective, yet they appear to enjoy the food. Other brands tend to be inconsistent or resemble leftover scraps. My sole concern is the high price. I had no use for the dish included. Perhaps the packaging could be reduced.

Food is great! But super pricey we can’t keep it unfortunately

Well I have two picky dogs and I for sure that they would not like it. But I was wrong, they gobbled it up and wanted more but I told them tomorrow and the next day they were gobbling it up so thanks to The Pet Table!!!

Easy to understand ingredients and payment method. Awesome, unsolicited customer service emails when you first start your pet on the food to make sure things are going okay. Clear instructions on how to make the gradual switch over to avoid upset stomach. I like the air dried food option to make boarding and travel a bit easier. I may come back with a 5 star review after both my 15lb and 90lb have made the full switch over to this diet. But, so far, they are loving the food! Excited about meals for a change.

Making it very easy to order Everyone is always very happy to help Very easy to make a change on what type of food I have to order Henry is very happy with his food so far but he doesn't like the fish I will need to cancel it

I'm currently in the process of transitioning my toy poodle Zumi Umi (9lbs) fully to the lamb and beef air-dried food. He's a typical poodle and is picky about his food but thankfully he has been doing really well so far. My only issue/concern is the size of the food pieces. They are super irregular and some pieces are rather long and large. Yesterday, I noticed him repeatedly chomping his mouth several minutes after eating. He had one of the longer pieces stuck length wise along his back molar and I had to pull it off. Now, when I feed him, I'm worried and spent a few minutes chopping the bigger pieces in half. It doesn't seem like a really big deal but one of my reasons for switching him to this food was to stop making food his food which is what I've been doing.

My pup loves the taste of the wet/fresh food and the freeze dried! The bags of fresh/wet should be portioned out differently, if you feed your dog 1/2 bowl fresh and 1/2 freeze dried once a day you end up having a bag open for 8 days. Which is really a lot more than it should be. We switch it up so he gets all wet a few nights just to have it not be open food for so long. Value wise I purchased based on advertised per day pricing and when it was all said and done it was quite a bit more than the "advertised" price. I love the freeze dried topper option so I continued with that but went back to our previous brand for the wet/fresh food.

Update: Petstable reached out a week later and apologized for the original response. They provided a full refund. Food was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I called to say tracking showed it was stuck across the country. They said, it will arrive today(yesterday), trust us. At 9pm I reached out and said it most definitely isn't arriving. They said wait three more days and call us back if it still doesn't arrive. That's it. I was counting on it, it didn't arrive and the tracking number shows its still sitting in Pennsylvania. They did nothing. No discount offer, no refund, nothing. Worst customer service I've ever received. Do I have to buy a lot of dog food (4 Dogs) because its never going to come, do I buy enough for a day, a week, a month, how much extra money do I have to spend.
