My dog loved it the first two weeks
My dog loved it the first two weeks. After that he is being more picky and doesn’t like the chicken or turkey near as much as the beef. Also I’m a bit frustrated with the packaging of the frozen food. Unless when you first open an individual package you repackage it into multiple smaller containers it gets very messy before it’s gone. That is very inconvenient

I little cumbersome to adjust the…
I little cumbersome to adjust the delivery schedule to receive product on my timeline and not yours. The 1st box was a good deal. The subsequent boxes are a bit pricey foe my budget. I must continue to mix with iams kibble to stretch out the product to lower the overall cost. My dog love the food and I know it's better for her. Just.cant afford to buy just that food for her. $110+per month is almost 3 times what I was spending.

My dog enjoys the food, packaging needs more thought
My dog enjoys the food, however it's pretty difficult for me to portion out the food from the bag cleanly, and the container they give you isn't the best constructed as mine broke before arriving to me.

I have 't been a member for very long
I have 't been a member for very long. if it keeps going the way I WILL DEFINITELY give a higher reading. the other company were real good to me. the main reason i changed was the price. there product was good and they did everything to keep me. My Shelby means everything. She is 13 years old and is the only thing i have from my husbands.

Continue....maybe?
The dogs love it, they are ready to eat at any time. The only negative I have is that 1 of mine is a Yorkie puppy. He's only about 5.5lbs, the pieces are so big I have to break them up WAY smaller and will likely always have to if we continue to use your product. Even my other one is a 13lb Morkie, I break it up for her too.....so its a maybe if I continue.

Well my experience with the pets table…
Well my experience with the pets table at this point is 50/50. My dog loves the air dried food but after the trial box my first order was delayed due to an error on their end. If I didn’t initiate a chat to find what happen to my order id still be waiting. SMH the response I received was worse (just change the next order date to soonest available delivery date). If it wasn’t for my dog loving his meals I would’ve cancelled the service as soon as I was done with that chat.

Still trying but so far my dogs will…
Still trying but so far my dogs will not eat it. They do not like it. I am having to supplement with something else to get them to even get any of it down. Cancelling my next box. I waste more than they eat and so far a waste of hundred of dollars.

The food was excellent quality and the customer service was professional and spoke clearly. We have had issues with FedEx and their shipping. You have sent us two separate orders and FedEx damaged both of them so we never received any food. I asked the customer service agent at patch table if he could ship it overnight or ship it with a different company and he said no. I'm probably going to end up canceling because it's just not dependable enough even though it's not your fault. I highly recommend you change to ups
