I bought two plans for my two dogs. One of my dogs did get sick from one of the recipes. I did let them know what happened. They were sorry that it happened, but didn't offer to replace the recipe (I still had a large bag of it) with the other recipe she did not get sick on. I'm waiting for my next delivery to continue with the food change.

The boys love the food and gobble it down. The 1 star deduction is for how hard it is to get the box open and the mess made getting the food out of the box. It is a real pain. There has to be a better way to package. Do love that is in my pantry and not my freezer

Well the communication between company and us is working out very well. Timely communication between shipping date and ordering date is very well organized. Lola really does like the different flavors and finishes her serving. No more left overs. Thinking of changing to a bag of the fresh food and switch it up.

I received an order of air dried food, it was chicken ( my dog can’t eat poultry) I immediately called and asked for a refund that I’m not sure how chicken was ordered. My next scheduled delivery showed the correct product. I was told to just donate it, that’s great but what about the $50 that I spent on something that I can’t use. So, instead of trying to give me a credit or something, they would rather I cancel my entire subscription? Stepping over a dollar to pick up a dime. Not very good customer service Update- after leaving my review, I received an email stating that they would give me a one time courtesy refund and they were sorry for the way customer service handled it. I appreciate that, but it shouldn’t take a bad review to receive good customer service. I think some basic training should be given. I love the product. I am changing my review based on them doing the right thing.

My sister introduced me to this and I gave it a try. My fur baby love it. I’d totally recommend it and I didn’t give it 5 stars ⭐️ because of the packaging, after a week you can properly seal it, but other than that they’re great.

My Buddy loves the freeze dried food except he is not as excited over the Beef and berries. All the other flavors, he can’t wait for me to put it in his bowl. I have never seen devour his bowl so quickly.If you love your dog, I suggest you try Pet’s Table.

My dog loves the food! She waits by her bowl for it. The quality is top notch and I love that it’s not kibble! My only complaint is the packaging and feeding guide. It is very messy to get the food out and for large dogs fed more than once it can be a little confusing. I would like to see the food packaged in small containers with air tight lids

Pets Table made everything very easy. Roy has become extremely picky. We were having to put a specific wet food on top of his dry food to get him to eat, it was at one store only their brand. Constantly being sold out and hard to get. It had made him gain weight and at times would cause diarrhea. One time vet had to give meds for diarrhea. My 2 week box I got mixed but I have only opened one box of the wet because he eats the dry just like it is. Thank you Pets Table for making a dry he will eat. I already had a problem because he is allergic to chicken and other dog foods are chicken, chicken, chicken!!!
