This is a good product. BUT it is way too expensive. The price from last month > which is only for 3 weeks , is almost double what it was last month. IT isn’t that good.

Honestly, the company is good and I don't see anything particularly wrong with the product however, my dog doesn't seem to enjoy what I ordered her.

Received the trial order. My dog would not eat it. I tried to cancel any future orders. My email was incorrect. Not a customer-friendly site. No app. The Order was sent out for over $200 without my approval. I now have all this food my dog will not eat. I added green beans and I did get him to eat a few bowls. It made him extremely thirsty. I did get any future orders canceled. I did not realize this was a new company. I am out $200 which I don’t have. Merry Christmas to all!

I have a 1 1/2 year old miniature Schnauzer. I ordered the trial box and he ate it for the first two days but after that I couldn't get him to eat it. He would walk clear across the room and stare at me. When I tried feeding by hand (sometimes works) he stuck his paw up and turned his head. I set my date back online to see if he'd try it again and he kept refusing. I mixed in pieces of lean beef and marrow bone steak but he'd only eat the steak. On Sat the 7th I remembered I had to cancel and when I deactivated my account it showed it was going to process the order still. I went to my emails to see if they sent the reminder email. They did on Fri Dec 6. I responded to that email and said please don't send my dog won't eat it. I got the following as a response "This is an automated response. Please do not directly reply to this email. ************************************************** Thank you for your email. If you'd like to make changes to your account, please contact us via live chat at (HAD TO REMOVE LINK DUE TO TRUST PILOT POLICY) or by phone at (929) 429-4025." I called and they are closed over the weekend. I filled out the info on their chat online form and it said a live representative couldn't be in touch til Monday. So there was no way to make a change to my account or cancel. The order was not shipped yet either. Monday I called and they said they couldn't cancel the shipment. I live in San Diego, it ships from San Diego. If you have a subscription service where people are allowed to cancel any time, that means any time it doesn't mean you cannot cancel over the weekend. I canceled in time before they shipped and yet they still shipped it and they still charged me and now I'm stuck with food my dog won't eat. This isn't a good business practice. This is also the reason people hate subscription services. We really need new legislation re: subscription services. How much money is wasted because these services use little tricks to make it hard to cancel. It's so easy to order and yet nearly impossible to cancel. I wish they'd do away with subscription services all together. If we want it we can order it every time we don't need them doing it for us.

My dogs name is Romeo, after speaking with manager of Pets Table , I have decided to take my business back to the Farmers Dog where I get way better customer service , I will accept the food up until the last delivery of the 11th of December after that I do not want anymore food from the Pets Table. Very unhappy and if you continue to run your company with a customer service that is not located in the USA , this company will not be around long I assure you this I am also contacting the BBB with a complaint so that others will no how bad your customer service is. They will not fix the problem they will just make an excuse to ignore it

Made my dog extremely ill. Followed the feeding guidelines for dry formula, tried both chicken and beef. Both had same results. Vomiting, diarrhea, bloating, lethargic. Took him off food and back to normal. Stuck with food from first and second shipment as they do not accept returns and will not refund either. They say 100% satisfaction guarantee, which is why I tried it, but not true. Just received notice from PayPal that I have been issued a refund after I refused to accept the second shipment. Happy about that as I threw out the remaining food from the trial shipment. Cooper is on his old food and doing well again.

I ordered both the air dried beef formula and the air dried chicken formula. I opened the chicken first. She ate it great! Opened the beef. SHE WILL NOT EAT THE BEEF. I called Pets Table and they basically said you'll just have to move up your order date to get more chicken. We don't guarantee our food. I'm very disappointed.
