We're so sorry for the deeply frustrating experience involving our customer reps not speaking clear English nor understanding, our website being poor and difficult to navigate, our delivering a box you did not want because the website did not record your change in order, trying to get assistance proving impossible, being told you would get a refund for the last box and then being told you can't, and your feeling that $111 went down the tubes with no help for all your effort, and that our service didn’t meet expectations. We take website functionality, order change recording, call center communication clarity, refund promise consistency, and customer service reliability very seriously and will forward this feedback to our teams and partners to help guide future improvements.
