Delivery was on time. Lucy seems to like it but won’t eat it as her only food. She only eats it as a topper. Trying to make it 50/50 with her chicken mix I’ve made for her for a while. Spoiled? Nah… I do have to break up the food because she has difficulty chewing through the pieces. Spoiled? Nah…

Got a picky eater so the sample box helped very much. Guess she doesn’t like the fish one but beef & berries are her favorite.

Good food , happy dog. Gracie loves her new food. She eats it as soon as I put it down. I do notice that I have to take her out for a poop pretty soon after she eats. What I don’t like is the packaging. It’s great that you can keep it in the pantry. It’s very hard to portion it out. The spatula that comes with it helps but it’s still awkward.

I ordered the two week trial for each of my two dogs. This rather small quantity of dog food came into fairly large square boxes which allowed the bags of freeze-dried food to flop around during Transit. One bag I noticed immediately had turned almost completely to dust and when I brought it to their attention they did offer me a credit for it however upon feeding the rest of it I have discovered that at least a third of all the other bags have been pulverized to the point that they're unusable and inedible. My dogs can't eat food dust. The food that was there they seem to enjoy but way too much waste for me to ever order again. Edit: I had originally given them OnStar but they have reached out to me and not only offered a refund but have told me that they were going to look into their packaging to make sure it doesn't continue to happen. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to look into the situation. I will give them another try.

My dog loves this food. He seems to have more energy and bounce after about three weeks. I love that is not processed like regular kibble. The price could be better it is rather expensive.

My dog loves this food. She waits at her bowl and gobbles it all up as soon as I serve it to her. She really likes all the flavors she has tried. My only worry is the cost seems expensive. A little hard to communicate with the company as you can never reply when they email you back so you have to start discussion over with new person/AI.

This is the best food I can find so far. My dog loves it. The only things I don't like are the sunflower oil and folic acid. I also wonder what the B12 supplement is. I hope it is not cyanocobalamin. It's not perfect, but the closest of all that I looked at.

Quick and easy process. My dog loves the food. I can see that he seems happier since starting the plan a month or so ago.
