Second chance
I canceled my original plan because my dog for some reason doesn’t like the frozen food which I’m still slowly trying to get her to eat but I rejoined because it seems she likes the dry food. I like the ingredients compared to kibble. I’m really hoping the second try goes well.

I don’t like the fact that you send me…
I don’t like the fact that you send me a notification that my dog’s food is ready to ship & I had changed the order to dry food only, not mixed. I have no more room in my freezer for more of the fresh food. Then it says I can’t change it!

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, I’m going to cancel. The food must be too rich for my two dogs as they can no longer make it through the night without being let out

I like the meal plans available
I like the meal plans available; however, the feeding for my 60+lbs dog is completely wrong at 1/2 cup dry food daily. I can't seem to get the right feeding guide. I've tried updating and calling the customer service and they not been able to help me. They resent me the original feeding guide . This can't be right!

My dog loves this food, but there’s downfalls
My dog loves this food! It’s the only food he gobbles up real quick. The packaging is horrible, real messy and gross to deal with. The container to put the food in broke within a week. Also they ship it with dry ice instead of the ice packs. I haven’t had an issue yet but if there’s any shipping delay the food would spoil.

Lacey doesn’t eat her food very well
Lacey doesn’t eat her food very well. Her poop is softer than it used to be & hard to pick up.

I don’t like the container for the…
I don’t like the container for the food. I received 2 because I had 2 dogs that I chose to do the food. One of the containers was broken. It is also hard to open and close. As we adults get older, it’s harder to use those kind of containers. I tried the food from the farmers dog and their container is very easy to use. My dogs also won’t eat the food or treats.
