auto ship
Did not stop forward of auto ship. Cost me in excess of $200. Do not recommend using. Wasn’t notified about auto ship that same day and would not cancel order Company has since reviewed my issue and are issuing a full refund. Thank you.

I really love the air dried plan
I really love the air dried plan. My xl bully has a sensitive stomach and reaching out was made super easy. We went through our transition period flawlessly until 100% air dried. I started noticing no food excitement and nausea. I reached out again to get a full refund for my trial box. In our first subscription box we received a free digestive support chewable. So far we are continuing a 75% air dried 25% kibble for a longer transition period and things are starting to look good. His stomach definitely needed more time to adjust and he licks his bowl clean!

I have a very picky puppy 🐶
I have a very picky puppy 🐶. She seems to like the food only when I wet it because it is hard sometimes. I'm getting some wet food to see if she likes that better. So far when she does eat it she has so much energy.

I called customer service to try and…
I called customer service to try and stop my shipment of the dry dog food, due to my chihuahua not eating it. He will eat the fresh food. He has very small teeth, I think it is just to hard for him to eat.
