Worst Company, I was with Farmer Dogs and got an email from a friend that recommended The Pets Table, it was very interesting on pricing and quality, I decided to take a change for my 2 Golden-doodles. IT WAS the worst MISTAKE they ship the food a day before it was supposed to be deliver with a (2DayAir on UPS) so the box was never mark as pick up by carrier until 4 days later, who know is the food still fresh as they say online and everywhere. I called customer services and was not helpful with anything in fact was very rude and telling me to cook for my dogs instead if I’m in very need of this package. During this 5 days of going back and forth I order another box from FarmerDogs that came in before expected delivery day. I decided to allow time for The pets Table to make the situation right BUT, Here is the terrible new when I called customer services they has cancel the order and re-schedule for 15 days later and I was never notified by ether Text, email or even a call. I will not recommend this what so ever. Pass on this company is the worst on communication and also customer service. I have no idea on the food quality since it never made to my home.

I just cancelled subscription due to my dog getting very sick. They refused to give me a fefund on the unopened box they sent this week. I am still sending it back and am disappointed in customer service on this issue. Will never recommend this to anyone.

I’ve ordered the food and am wondering where it is so I have messaged them several times to no avail. I don’t like service like this and from what I’ve read on the reviews the only thing they have is a pat response to everyone that has posted a review. Makes me suspicious. Called to cancel yesterday and the guy did everything he could to convince me not to. I asked why they had not sent me a confirmation. He did not know. I asked why they had not answered the five messages I had sent them. He said they didnt have an email. I used the reply button one of their auto bot answers to no avail. He didn’t know. I asked why all the bad reviews said they didn’t even get to try the food out to be able to say Yeah or Nay before the next shipment came and they were charged. I thought this was a trial to see if your Dog would eat it before you were auto shipment and when they called they were told it was to late to cancel so they were responsible fir payments. This sounds like a scam. I had to argue with the guy before he would cancel everything. Ill just stick with local stores. At least that way I don’t have to argue on the phone. I also found out that The Pet Table is affiliated with Fresh Pet. Shame on them

I ordered a sample from Pets Table and I received them. My dogs did not like the food. The company sent an email indicating they were sending a box of food. I replied that I didn’t want the food because it was not being eaten and I wasn’t aware that I’d signed up for a subscription. Two days later the food arrived and a $243 charge appeared for my Debit card. I then called customer service and was told they had no return policy so I would have to keep the food. They did reverse the charge for the $30 sample.

They have a trial system you can use to see if your pet will eat the literal vomit they send you and they say satisfaction is guaranteed so you’ll get your money back if your pet doesn’t eat their food. I got two weeks worth of food in the trial run, my dog had -500 interest in eating it. I tried repeatedly for days to encourage him but had had no interest. I realized they only waited a week and didn’t even bother to email me or text to warn me they were processing an insanely overpriced order for 200 dollars of dog food FOR ONE DOG UNDER 10 LBS! Because they never bothered to inform me, I had no idea this order had already been placed and I’d missed the deadline to cancel. I called their customer service in hopes I’d be able to stop the order and get a refund…but apparently satisfaction guaranteed only applies to their trial offer. So for 200 dollars of vomit food I don’t even have room to store in my freezer, they were only willing to give me 23 bucks back for the trial order. Avoid this company. Their food sucks and their customer service sucks even more.

An order was received today that I never confirmed on their site!!!! The Pets Table requires a potential customer set up a Full Info account in order to gain access to the product. I never confirmed an order but one arrived at my door yesterday (If I placed an order, it would have been for both of my dogs vs just one!

I was interested in the product took the Quiz and picked the food out. I proceeded and put my card information in and decided that I really couldn’t afford this so I closed the site out. Today I seen that I was charged! How I never submitted the order! I called and they said that because I put the information in there is nothing they can do but cancel automatic orders. I would not be receiving a refund. I never placed the order what right do they have to charge me when I NEVER HIT SUBMIT! Is this not illegal?I want my money back. I don’t want the product. They seriously need to fix this flaw in their system because this is unacceptable!

It is very difficult to get the ingredients lists for their meals, and my pup happens to be very allergic to fish, any amount makes her throw it up immediately. I tried to chat with them, but they were totally unhelpful. They could not even tell me initially where to find the ingredients list. Unfortunately I bought their sample, and it immediately made my dog sick.
