My experience has been good. My dog loves the food and it is easy to order. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because my food container was broken when I received it. I called to see if they would replace it and they won’t. Not good customer service.

Great to have healthy food options! My dog doesn't love it but he likes it, he has always been a picker eat. Food has great ingredients and definitely way better than kibble. I like that there's different protein options to choose from because it allows me to rotate between proteins. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because Packing could be better, My started package I received a container that I could use because it was completely broken.

The fresh meals were gobbled up! My dog loved the meals. It was easy to just place in his bowl and let him go. It was a little difficult to squeeze the last of the meal out of the long pouch though. My other dog didn't like the air dried chunks without a little of the fresh meal on top. He's very finicky though.
