Ya know they have a good product but no way of ordering what you want and you can not do single orders, you HAVE to subscribe. With that said, I guess that would be OK if you could order what you want. I have a 95lb dog I wanted to order 2-bags of dry and 6 packets of fresh.CAN'T you can ONLY order 1 bag of dry I guess I don't know on the packets, but it's important to me to mixed the freeze dried dry food and the packets. I bag won't last me a week, he eats 2x a day...PLEASE contact me if you can help!!!!!!

Disclosure upfront: have not purchased from them or through Chewy's, Went through entire website including FAQ's for all the information necessary to evaluate beef and berry recipe air dried food as to content, feeding guidelines and cost per day for my Malador. Hard enough to get past quiz (which requires you to register) to get information. Contact Us limited to online chat (requires email), otherwise phone only other option. Tried chat (saved screenshots) and got contracted service which continued attempt to get my personal information. Dog food makers advertising human grade beef recipes know what proportion (%) of advertised ingredient list is beef (meat, organs, plasma, cartilage) versus fillers. I expect to know who they contract production/testing to. I should be able to see feeding recommendations and conversion metrics (?oz = one cup) without registering. "Specialist" on chat did not know nor would not disclose. Feeding recommendations are not disclosed on website, says would be included with or available after purchase. Found on Chewy website picture of product container (bag). Ala Carte purchases not available on website (Chewy yes). VERY hesitant to give up my identity and commit to a trial (subscription unless you immediately cancel) even at 50/20% discounts on first two orders. My guess this is another in new fad air dry/fresh online brands that are very expensive and predominately filler (even if human grade)

I was due to receive my first month of food on the 20th of January; it is now the 23rd! Everyone says you can’t overnight some food to me because someone lost my order!! This ridiculous!! I need food for my dog now! Not Feb. 3 rd. A refund doesn’t feed my pup.

Placed my first order on Dec 29th and the box was due to arrive on January 8th. I received an email that it may be delayed due to storms until later in the evening of the 8th or until the 9th, at the latest. I then received an email from The Pet’s Table on the afternoon of the 9th it was delivered, however no package arrived. I called customer support and they let me know it will actually be arriving on the 10th and they were unsure why I got that delivery confirmation email (sigh). The representative was very kind and offered to refund $10 for the delay. End of day on the 10th rolls around and no package had arrived (and I never received a tracking number to follow my order, odd). I called support again and they let me know the box was actually damaged in transport (I was never informed) and a new box would be shipping out immediately. Again, this rep was very helpful - she added another credit to my account to be used on my first non-promotional order. I received tracking for this new box and it was due to arrive today (1/13). Take a guess, it did not arrive. Called support again and they said it SHOULD be there tomorrow (1/14). I cancelled my subscription and a refund is hopefully on the way. The support representatives were all very kind but this was overall a disappointing experience. Their communication is inaccurate, and with fresh food time is of the essence! I’m sure I will be receiving a box of 4 day old rotten food tomorrow, if it even comes.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I wanted to add a second dog to my account and apply a discount for an additional pet, but it was impossible to do so. The platform does not seem equipped to handle multiple pets or honor discounts, which was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, I contacted customer service for assistance, and they were completely dismissive. Instead of offering any help or solutions, they brushed me off and left me feeling like my concerns didn’t matter. If you have more than one pet or expect decent customer service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. This company clearly doesn’t prioritize customer needs or value long-term loyalty.

Terrible customer service. I canceled my shipment by the cut off time and date on their app and they still sent me $230 worth of food I didn’t need. Unwilling to work with me at all. Way overpriced and my dog always has soft stools from it so am switching to something healthier and a more reputable company. BAD customer service and they seemingly don’t care about losing their customers.

Your food isn't fresh and my dog quickly grew tired of your food. She also got even worse skin. Not to mention your not even that much cheaper than other brands either.
