My dogs love the food and tolerated it well. Our problem is the website and customer service. On the website you have no idea what sizes are coming in you order. It is very difficult to find what you need. Even though you have a feeding guide it does not translate well to twice a day feeding, at least for small dogs. It also limits your orders to 5 or 8 weeks. It is difficult to determine what to order. So…I called customer service. I am extremely hard of hearing and have trouble distinguishing sounds especially with accents. Both times I called I got some one who spoke with a very strong accent. I had to ask him to repeat what he was saying often. I asked for help knowing what I would be receiving in my next order. I have two dogs and they would not make 1 order for the 2. I had to have separate orders and they were extremely different. They are brothers, identical size and weight. He could not explain why this was. At this point my husband and I reached the end of the rope and cancelled the subscription. To many unknowns: amount, price and requirements.

Well, I hate to tell you, but my dog sure doesn’t like your food. I’ve been making my own now for quite a while and they like it a lot better.

We just started and so far my dog loves it. He can be very picky and not have anything to do with it, so we are struggling a little bit. When he does eat he licks the bowl clean. I can't wait to see what this is like in another month.

I know every customer you can't satisfy, but I specified that my dog is allergic to poultry. In my shipment contained chicken treats. Before shipments are sent out this should be checked. Allergy on invoices so that the shipper checks and includes beef treats instead or a different item. This is important and should not be overlooked. Wish it was more food optioms as well. Otherwise shipments came on time and my dog loves the food.

At first, my dog really liked their food, enough that my dog would finish her entire portion every day. But lately, my dog turns her nose up at the food. I'd normally have chalked it up to my dog being picky (she absolutely is), but there are enough other quality issues that I'm not sure I can attribute that solely to her refined taste buds. Ever since they partnered with OnTrac, a delivery service which has a 1.1 star on TrustPilot, I've noticed my dog increasingly refusing the food. I think it spoils in the time between deliveries. OnTrac will leave it on my doorstep in the middle of the night and lie about the delivery time. Today, my delivery was supposed to be delivered yesterday and the tracking says it'll be expected tomorrow. My dog has no more food in the interim because Pets Table does not build in any wiggle room AT ALL. Also, last month they failed to provide the probiotics I paid for. Just a lot of quality issues lately that make me want to jump ship quickly.

The customer support is excellent and I appreciate that. My three chihuahuas completely refuse to eat the freeze dried options, & I now have three bags that are unusable for them. Slowly they have grown to accept the frozen wet as a base as long as i top It with fresh varieties of chopped meat/veg stews. Pet’s Table has smaller portions in their frozen meal packs than Farmer’s Dog, but I do think the smell & texture seems fresher. Overall, I want to look for a better value financially & a service with more fresh food recipes to choose from.

My trainer started our pup on Sundays as a topper. With 2 dogs, we couldn't afford that so, I did some comparative research and found The Pets Table was about the same formulation and a bit cheaper. Your website blows...very difficult to order specifically what I needed. So to make best of it I order the freeze- dried meals through Chewy. You cannot beat Chewys customer service. I've had autoships with them for years. So, your food seems to be a good product for our dogs but, their poops are massive! Cause for concern...maybe. After reading so many of your reviews, I am very happy I chose to use Chewy. In the long run, I believe it is more reliable, much better customer service and probably cheaper through their autoship program. I think you have a good product but your website and customer service leave a great deal to be desired. Your "canned" responses to these reviews are also lacking.

First, I want to say that their food is five star! High quality, human-grade, and our dog loves it! BUT their business practices are deceptive. We started with a promo price of 6 boxes of fresh dog food for $35. No mention of the next subscription order cost, but the website says $6.80 a box.(1 day of food). Yesterday we received our second order of 7 boxes of food and a bag of treats we didn’t order. Cost was $132. We called to confirm the price. They said that was correct. (That is approximately $18/box/day.) I asked to return for credit.They said they don’t do that. I spoke to three supervisors without success. I canceled my subscription. Very disappointed because the food was so good.
