If you purchase the two week trial from The Pets Table please note that you will be charged over a $100 within the first week. No refund or cancelation allowed. My 7 month old yorkie is a super picky eater and we couldn't get her to eat the food. Nine days into the trial samples of my order I went to cancel and was denied a refund because I missed it by one day. Now I'm stuck with eight weeks of food she is not going to eat. I'm done with online ordering of anything. It's not worth it and to much of a hassle to return items or get decent customer service. Hope this review helps future shoppers.

Customer service is NON-EXISTENT. With so many other fresh human grade dog foods on the market I would definitely go elsewhere!!

Terrible Service Despite Good Food I had no issues with my first two orders—they arrived on time and my puppy loved the food. But then everything went downhill. Week 1: My box didn’t arrive. I called, and they told me it had been damaged in transit and couldn’t be delivered. They apologized, refunded the shipping, and said I could reschedule for next week. Week 2: Same thing. No delivery. I called again, and they literally repeated the same explanation word-for-word. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled once more. Week 3: Still no box. I called again—same exact excuse. By now, I had no food for my puppy and was forced to switch him to another brand (Ollie), which gave him diarrhea and vomiting. Week 4: They reassured me the box would come this time. Guess what? It didn’t. After four straight weeks of failed deliveries, repeated excuses, and a hungry, sick puppy, I finally canceled my subscription. The customer service was useless—they just read a script and offered no real help or solutions.

Can not cancel at anytime as I was told. Then the cost is not stay the same as I was told. They are taking advantage of people. Then the will not take return on their own product, with say something. They don't care the the customer is happy or not as long as they get money. Worst customer service I have ever talked to.

Our dog didn't like the food. We canceled the subscription not once, not twice, but three times. Opened my door to another box of this trash dog food. I called in to cancel a 4th time. The lady on the phone told me that it was never canceled because the "m" in ".com" was missing. Will not give any refund for this new order despite us attempting to cancel numerous times. BEWARE: Trash, scamming, predatory company.

I wanted to make you aware of my experience with this company. I had never heard of them before. I met a representative of the company at the marathon expo in Nashville, Tn. Nice young girl who told me that I could try it for my dog. Several different flavors. They had an introductory trial for 48 bucks. Something like that. It was worth trying I thought. Gave her the CC. It was delivered the Thursday just like promised. Well two weeks later to my surprise, I get another box for a charge of 200 dollars on my CC. She had signed me up for some autoship. Honestly, I had no idea. I should have made sure. But she made it seem like it was just a one time shipment so my dog could see if he liked it. When I called customer service, they are a call center. Lots of excuses. But I was able to cancel the subscription. It's too bad because she set me up for a delivery every two weeks! That's a lot of dog food and at 400 bucks per month. So I won't ever go back. Buyer beware.

My first order things came broken I contacted the pets table like we're sorry we're aware of your problem but we can't replace anything so I instantly canceled my subscription. My dog hasn't even tried the food but I'm done and I will never try it again.

I am currently to sitting at the ER with my second dog. My 8 yr old golden retriever is vomiting and diarrhea with blood out both ends. She’s currently being hospitalized. I got home only to find my other dog also vomiting and diarrhea. We did bloodwork, we did x-rays. Everything indicates it’s the food that has caused this. Do not buy from this company. I’m not sure if my dog is gonna make it. Update from the hospital. Mya continues to have blood pouring from her recrum. The vomiting has stopped. IV fluids are helping to rehydrate her. I have called customer service three times only to be hung up on three times. The only form of communication comes from emails. The level of customer care is non existent. They say, they take this seriously and someone from their food safety team will call me back. I’m sure that means what they call and then hang up on me? That’s what happened. Just appalling. I’m beside myself with worry about my senior dog. I’m a 25 year dog trainer and you can bet I will be blasting out to anyone and everyone about my experience with this company. I hope the executives of this company are made aware of this problem. Quality control measures need to be improved and monitored. I have the food and I think they should come get it and test it!!!!
