Did not like scheduling shipping after the sample was rec'd without our authorization. Too many solicitation emails.

First, we want to start by saying our dogs loved the food and the quality was wonderful. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our subscription due to cost. Before trying The Pets Table we were careful to make sure that it was within out price range by putting in all of our dogs info and checking the cost. But when it was time for our first shipment it was over double what was shown when we did our research. We were so disappointed. But do recommend the dog food.

My dog loved the samples when they came. Once it was done, my dog was ready for something else. Then the next batch came and she’s not interested.

Granted our dogs love the food they eat it but the packaging is a mess you freeze it you can't even cut through the plastic bag with a with a saw when it's frozen but if you feed it to them thawed out it's just all over the place when you scrape it out of the plastic bag if you feed it to him Frozen then they pick it up and they carry it around the house and drop it all over the house my wife hates it cuz it's just such a mess although the dog food's great dogs love it they poop great but the packaging really sucks

I had high hopes for The Pets Table. While my dog enjoyed the food, the website and customer service are both horrible. I ran out of dry food WEEKS before another shipment was due. Customer service said there was absolutely no way to send additional bags before the next shipment. I questioned them, what if food is spilled or spoiled or other issues arise and they said you are just out of luck. That is TOTALLY unacceptable when it comes to feeding your beloved pet. I then informed them there was NO WAY to change the pet's weight/activity on the profile to increase food amount and they said I would need to retake the entire quiz... which I then did in the appropriate time frame for changes to order to be made. You CANNOT see how many bags it calculated or how many of each item to expect in delivery. (You also CANNOT see the feeding instructions on the website. If you don't have the paper instructions sent in box, you must call customer service.) On TOP OF THAT... I received an email CONFIRMING my order was being prepared and the delivery date. When NO BOX was received (and I had ran out of ALL food and already had to switch my dog to something else while waiting)... I called customer service who told me I would NOT be receiving a box regardless of the email confirmation, because once I retook the quiz (which they had TOLD ME TO DO) it automatically changed my next delivery date to 6 weeks away!! I asked if I could get a box FedEx-ed overnight since I had no food and they said that is NOT POSSIBLE. I was offered NO solution and NO supervisor was available to speak to in attempt to retain my business. I have cancelled my subscription and do not recommend The Pets Table unless you want potential headaches. EDITED after The Pets Table Response: They acknowledged the issues I mentioned and stated they will issue a refund for a delivery box- which is appreciated. I may possibly revisit the service IF the website is updated to avoid such issues in the future. For now, I will still be trying a different company that has a more user friendly and logical format. (In all fairness...my dog did really enjoy the food.)

We are on the fence - dog loves to eat, but he will eat anything. Noticing his stomach doesn't like it very well. We did the mixed - so I think we'll try just dry (that's what he's used to) for awhile and see if we can settle in. Over all good product, easy to navigate the orders. Might like pre-portioned meals in the longer term though, gets a little messy in the fridge giving 3/4 of a packet.
