Great customer service. Packets a little small in portions. Kee-Bee are enjoying meals and doesn’t have secondary effects so far.

The dogs appear to like the food much better than Ollie. Its also much nicer to have the freeze dried food which makes travelling possible. Not just easier but possible since you don't need to keep it cold or frozen. Our only issue so far is they shipped a 2nd box within 2 weeks if the first order even when we went in and tried to delay the shipment due to limited space in our freezer.
