The Pets Table discriminates against renters
I tried to sign up for The Pets Table, they wouldn’t let me use the new member discount code (50% off) because a past renter of my current address had already used it years ago. This policy is ridiculous. A large number of households rent and discriminating against them is a bad business practice.

I got food that was partially thawed…
I got food that was partially thawed out and that’s why I cancelled. It is very hard to get to talk to anyone or to ask questions on the order sight. I do NOT want to continue buying plans at this time. Karla R Elliott

Disappointing experience with The Pets Table
Unfortunately, my experience with The Pets Table was disappointing. I tried their introductory plan meals and transitioned my two fur babies, Sansa and Kobe, to their food. However, when the next meal arrived, it was severely short - about 90% missing. I reached out to customer service, and they informed me it would take 7-10 days to resolve the issue and that I would receive an email when the food was shipped. Despite waiting 14 days, I never received the food or an email update. Due to the prolonged delay and lack of communication, I had to cancel my account and request a refund for the undelivered food. I'm frustrated because I had invested time in transitioning Sansa's stomach to the new food, and Kobe still has digestive issues with "soupy poops." Given the inconvenience and poor customer service, I would not recommend The Pets Table to other pet owners. Hopefully, they will improve their shipping and communication processes to better serve their customers.

We have order from the for nearly 3…
We have ordered from them for nearly 3 months. No problems. We had an order scheduled for delivery on August 1, 2025. It never came. Apparently, it was returned to them because the box was damaged. They were rushing out a replacement order. 8/23, and it's never arrived. We have two new orders scheduled for delivery on 8/22. Both boxes never arrived. Customer service keeps telling me it's shipped, but they can't tell me when it will arrive. I've been charged for each of these boxes. I think they are going out of business and can't produce enough food for the orders they are taking. I don't think they even care about my dogs.

I canceled my order on August 1
I canceled my order on August 1, 2025 by phone and the representative did verify that my order and the automated future orders were canceled but today August 15, 2025, and amount of $110 was taken from my paypal account by the pets table for an order that was canceled on Aug 1st. I made multiple phone calls to the company to no avail, i was told they could not refund my money. I am now faced with dealing with PayPal and the waiting game.
