My portion of the dry mix is half of…
My portion of the dry mix is half of 3/8 cup. I am over feeding because I find it hard to get this measurement. I went on the website to the chat and spoke to someone about why I get a 1/4 cup in the package instead of a 1/3 cup or better, half of the 1/3 cup to fir my dog's correct portion. I was told to figure it out, other people do! Not happy about this.

After the first week my dog would not…
After the first week my dog would not eat the food. I cancelled my account but received a box of food today. Not sure what I am going to do with it. I tried to remove my credit card information but cannot.

The on line menu is a bit confusing but…
The on line menu is a bit confusing but once I got through it and placed my order it was almost 5 days before me account was charged, not a huge deal but I’m used to my bank reflecting it in a few hours. Once I got my order my dogs love it

My picky dog can’t decide if she likes this.
When I ordered the trial box, my dog ate the fresh food but not the freeze dried. Then she wouldn’t eat the fresh. I waited a while and went back to the fresh and she did clean the bowl. So, I placed another order for the fresh. She has now chosen once again not to eat the fresh. Now I’m stuck with a freezer full of food that she won’t eat.

food okay company sucks
I think that the moist dog food is comparable to Ollie or Farmer's dog. But very negative is that their plastic container does not fit the size bag the food comes in. Also that container never really closes. My concern was that kind of cheap decisions on the container what about the food? And finally the company even though I have canceled my subscription continue to send me emails telling me my next order is ready. I have called I have written I can't seem to stop the flow of emails over several weeks. Again a company run this poorly I now have questions about the quality of food.

picky eater
I've already sent a email to not send anymore. Actually I don't think I can afford it when I Saw how much the 5 week cost. I'm hoping he gets to like it better than he does now. He's a very picky eater. He hadn't eaten a bowl by itself. I have to put some that he really likes to get him to eat. My biggest issue is that we switch from Farmers Dog to the Pets Table and so far has been nothing but trouble.The customer service has been sup par at best.

Great Food- Company lies
My pup loves the food and we have had two orders and we have gone on the monthly subscription. However when I signed up the promo was free treats for life, after getting two orders and no treats. I contacted the company by phone and chat and they did a Bait and switch and said I was not elgible for the free treats. So I am not sure if I will be looking elsewhere of just continue with the subscription.
