Unfortunately my pug just didn't like…
Unfortunately my pug just didn't like any flavor of food. The lamb & beef was too hard; the salmon & whitefish just didn't do it for her; and the chicken & sweet potato bored her after a few bites. I thought maybe the pieces were too big for her so I tore them up but that didn't help. I added a spoon of fresh on top, she did't want it either. I took out her old food, and she scarfed that really fast. So, that made my decision for me. Stick with what she likes.

They signed my up for a subscription
They put you into a subscription if you order from them. I wasn’t clear that it was a subscription until all the sudden a 185 dollar charge appeared on my credit card

Disappointing
My order arrived and 2 of my bags of food are so tough and dry that my dogs will not eat it. I called customer service and they would not replace the bags. I'm canceling my subscription and I will be sharing my experience with others.

Was supposed to receive treats with my…
Was supposed to receive treats with my trial. The treats did not come. Customer service was HORRIBLE and they would not only not send the missing treats, but they would not provide a refund. My dog does not even like the food!

Couldn't complete my Order so I called…
Couldn't complete my Order so I called your company and spoke with a rep. She seen I was having problems with getting on my account. It kept going to the screen that wanted to give me 60% off if I gave them a name of someone who might want to order. I kept telling her this and she kept making me go over and over it. She said check back in 24 hours. I did and the same thing kept happening so needless to say I GIVE UP. Tried for over an hour and that's enough.

I canceled my account immediately when…
I canceled my account immediately when I found out the cost. Even though I canceled right away I was sent a box of dog food that came to 100.00. Please do not send anymore products, my dog won't eat it.
