This company’s product has helped our pup with his joints. They are great with communications as well! Every time I’ve messaged with a question, they’ve responded quickly. For example, one of our pups got the jar and ate the entire contents!!! I was so scared bc I didn’t know what would happen. They responded quickly letting me know what they knew about this type of occurrence. I was relieved bc I couldn’t get ahold of our vet. Thanks for all you do for our pets!!

I understand people are frustrated that they have not received their orders in what they consider a “timely manner.” It’s sad that I have to remind people of the world’s current reality. The reality that there is a pandemic happening. Workforces such as the Postal Service, Fed-Ex, UPS, Amazon, etc have taken a hit. Employees are sick, others out caring for someone sick, or to take care of children. Unfortunately, your orders may take extra time to arrive. Please, take this into consideration. Nothing is running as smooth as we are used to. Once the product leaves Petsmile’s facility it’s in transit. That transit might take a lot more time to get to your door. Please practice patience. Thank you. P.S. I have no affiliation with Petlab. I was just reading the reviews and was floored. I work as a letter carrier for the USPS. We are doing everything we can to get your stuff to you. But some areas are getting hit hard. I’m just asking that people keep this in their minds before writing a review that may not be an accurate assessment.

Just placed my order, so I can't say much other than they are very quick to send receipt via email. When I receive my order, I will come back and give a more complete review. My dogs are small and VERY picky, so I'm anxious to see if they will eat them. Fingers crossed!

Shipping was quick and packaging was easy. It arrived with in a week. Now we look forward to receiving our packages monthly!

Our Bear is loving these joint chews! We have noticed a difference with his legs and see how he’s able to move and jump easier since taking these. Thank you for helping our Bear! 🐾

My older dog Max is about 11. He was limping and struggling to get up on the chair or a bed, even the stairs were iffy. He didn’t run much at the dog park and seemed in pain. We tried Pet Labs joint care chews and what a difference! He walks much better, seems more dry. He can get up on the sofa more easily and take longer walks. It works! He was tuckered out.
