We were very impressed with the acknowledgement of our circumstance. Our precious dog died right after we received the package of the tooth powder. Once I explained it to Pet Lab, they immediately canceled my subscription and refunded me for the product. This is an ethical company to deal with and when we adopt another rescue dog, we will go back to using them.
