Hi Karen, Thanks for your review. Unfortunately degenerative myelopathy is an irreversible and progressive disease of the neurons, so our supplements would only assist her temporarily. We still recommend supplementing the Joint Chews as a preventive option to make her joints more comfortable as she ages. Best Wishes, Petlab Co.
