Hi Mel, Thanks a lot for your question, our Joint Care Chews are there to support and help improve the mobility for dogs. The chews would provide your dog with pain relief, anti-inflammatory effects, and lubrication within the joint sockets, as well as slowing down any degeneration of the synovial space and its components. It’s important to remember though, that our chews are supplements and not medicine. We recommend checking with your vet before starting any supplement.
