I can’t get into my account! I have had several back and forth emails and given all the information they ask for, but still can’t get in to my account. They asked me what I wanted to do in the way of changes and I told them in an email. That is the last I have heard and I can’t get into my account.

Almost impossible to cancel a subscription I didn't signed up for. Their support is worthless or doesn't exist, I did bought a "1" one time product from them, they replenish now and is frustrating to deal with their automated system. Will file for a charge back.
