We have a 13.5 year old large Bouvier…
We have a 13.5 year old large Bouvier who has for the last 2 years gradually got worse with arthritis, 12 months ago we finally gave in and went onto a course of drugs from the vets, we were told that this wasn’t a long term solution due to the side effects and whilst they did certainly help after this amount of time we have now had other issues, a daily situation of a wet blanket and sadly very restricted movement, needing help on and off his sofa. As a last resort we decided to try the jointcare and started on the 1st July 2020. What can I say within 3 weeks the improvement is noticeable, this 4th week has really been a breakthrough, when we open the door he is no longer waiting for help but is off the sofa all by himself and he is obviously still slow but his movements are without question vastly improved, I am a naturally cynical but in our case I can only comment on the genuine results we are seeing and whilst this was a last ditch attempt on giving our boy a little more time as pain free as possible then all I can say is it’s well worth the monthly subscription, less in fact than our vets tablets with all the side effects!
