Unfortunately, we do not have that functionality as of this moment, where our customers can log-in to their accounts. We are still working on developing a convenient way/access for our customers to use. For now, should you need any assistance you can email or call us. We are heartbroken to hear that she has to be put down due to her illness. Our Joint Care Chew is aimed at dogs who have inflammatory conditions and general joint issues. Hip dysplasia isn't something the treats will directly address but should overall improve your dog’s mobility if he/she has any more general joint problems.
