Hi Betty, Thanks for sharing your experience. We're glad to hear that you received your order in a timely manner. It saddens us to learn that your dog is not seeing the desired results just yet. As our products are natural supplements, they can take several weeks to work as the ingredients need to build up to take effect. Also, dogs have their own specific fur and skin conditions, so time may vary but you will begin to see a difference within 4 weeks. We recommend a full 60 days to see noticeable changes with the Itch Relief Chews. If at that point your pup's condition is not improving, you can always contact us and our customer service team will be happy to look into processing a refund for you. 🐶 If you have any concerns at all, please be sure to speak to your vet. Hi Kathleen Thanks for your review - you order was shipped on the 9th and arrived today the 14th - where did you see information that your order may only arrive up to the 21st October? Was it on the carrier's tracking website? We would like to investigate this as the delivery is normally only 3-5 days and so we would have expected delivery today. Thanks, Petlab Co. Support
