I ordered two joint care chews for my dog. I didn’t get them. I found they had been sent to the wrong address (I am pretty sure this was my doing, since the incorrect address was my old one) according to emails i was receiving. I emailed the company and right away they got right on it ,and before I knew it, the chews were delivered to us!

I purchased the joint care supplement for my 8 yr old dog who by the way has had ACL surgery so she is supposed to have limited exercise and no stairs. She has been taking this for a month she acts like a puppy I cannot stop her from running every chance she can!! I just ordered the allergy ones I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

We have a very loved 13+ yr old Shepherd mix we rescued from Germany during one of my husbands deployments. She started having issues with her joints ( getting up from the laying position, walking down the ramp to go outside) we’ve tried everything medication from the vet, CBD oil ect. We love our fur babies and will do whatever we can to keep their quality of life as comfortable as possible. So when we came across an Ad for The Pet Lab joint chews we thought why not give them a try... Gypsy has been on them for about 2 weeks now and we’ve already seen a difference in her. She’s not struggling as much to get up or go down the ramp. We’re excited to see what the next few weeks have in store for our girl.

I ordered my first order about 3 weeks ago and it finally came and when I spoke to someone at PetLab they replaced my order and gave me 2 more bottles at no charge They were very helpful Thanks will be ordering more in the near future They went Beyond and helped me for my 2 fur babies and Thanks so much Deborah in Sarasota Fl

I have been using the calming chews for a while now. My chocolate lab is like the Tasmanian devil when he doesn't get one so I give him one after his breakfast and we are all happy all day long. My wife and my other lab Maya and I say thank you Petlab! I also use the teeth cleaning solution and it is alright.

I ordered the wrong item. I immediately emailed, received a response and a correction to my order. It’s been a week of trying the itch relief and joint relief and I already notice a difference. Will definitely be ordering again!

I love this product! We are using the joint chews. I noticed a difference in about 3 weeks. My 12 yr old lab is moving much better than she was. The vet had given me pain pills but warned about possible kidney and liver damage. I didn't want to do that for the long term. This is a much better option. My barometer was how Lucy could get in and out of my camper. Before these she was not able to get up the step. Last week she traveled 400 miles with me and had little trouble getting in and out. I had to help her once or twice but in comparison to earlier in the summer when I had to constantly lift her this was a huge improvement.
