Hi Melody, Thank you for leaving us a review. We're glad that we were able to help with your pup's breath. As to the results of using our Dental Formula, it varies. For bad breath, it starts working immediately. For the plaque and tartar, it depends on the build-up in the pet’s mouth. Usually, you can start seeing results after the first four weeks. The Dental Formula does not rinse the plaque off pet’s teeth as it is more of removal which takes effect after a period of daily use. It works by eliminating bacteria that form plaque and making the mouth an unfriendly environment for new bacteria to breed. Hi Julie! :) Thank you for your feedback. We are terribly sorry to hear that you've had an issue with your recent review. We are happy though, that you reached out and got a resolution from us. Currently, we do have pork as the only flavor available for our Joint Chews. We are currently in the middle of testing out improved formulas, but everything is at testing stages. We are aware of the needs of our customers for new flavors, and we are working tirelessly to try and meet these needs. In the meantime, you could try putting it in her favorite food at meal times in tiny pieces. Or feed her the chew before feeding breakfast/dinner so she knows she has to eat it before having a main meal. Hopefully, she should be hungry by then. You could also give 3 treats in a super exaggerated excited way! First one with no chews, second with the chew, and then quickly a 3rd without the chew. They can be fooled by this method. We hope this helps! We totally understand that it's too soon to see results. Do let us know how it goes. Cheers! <3
