Hello Elle, We understand your concern about one of the ingredients in our Probiotic Chews. Maltodextrin is an ingredient generally recognized as safe according to the US Food and Drug Administration agency and is used in our Probiotic Chews in allowable quantities. All ingredients must meet our rigorous quality standards, and we are NASC certified.
