Great company, great products and great people
I’ve had an excellent experience with PetLab Co. from start to finish. Their customer service has been outstanding—any time I needed support with ordering, the team was responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. More recently, I had to cancel my subscription after re-homing my Beagle, Rooby, and the compassion and understanding they showed during that process meant a lot. As for the products, they truly deliver. Rooby used to struggle with recurring yeast infections in her ears, and after starting the Probiotic Chews, we saw a significant improvement—they’ve been fantastic ever since. Great company, great products, and most importantly, great people. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
