The joint chews work great and I highly recommend them. I had real problems ordering the dental wash. Some credit card glitch on their end. I had to try 5 times to order. I finally got the product but probably won't continue using it because of the cost. I figured that at the suggested dose it would cost around $70 per month for my two small dogs. That's a bit steep for me.

Overall somewhat satisfied with the relief from the joint care product; however, I cannot obtain additional information on any way to improve the relief either by additional supplements/vitamins or providing more than two chews per dog per day? Two 12 year old 80 lb Collies.

I have been giving my dog one of the joint chews a day for a month and a half and have yet seen any improvement in her joint pain.

Please check the daily feeding guide to make sure you are giving your dog the right amount of chews based on his weight. The only reason I’m giving it three stars because I have not received my product yet it’s hung up somewhere in Georgia and was supposed to be here two weeks ago I don’t know why they ship it through UPS and then the UPS drops it off at the United States post office makes absolutely no sense to me, So in saying that by the time I actually do receive my product my auto order will already have ordered me some more product which kind of makes it not that cool, And to boot I have not got a tracking number for my second package so I don’t know where that’s at

I ordered your dental formula about 2 months ago and don't notice a discernable improvement in my dogs' breath or dental health. Nevertheless I would order it again, but I do not like the fact that you have to be on a monthly subscription in order to get a decent price. I want to be able to order when I need to, but won't be ordering again due to the huge difference in the subscription price as opposed to the one time price. I'll look for a different product instead. Great that you're "trying to keep your price as low as possible", but that hasn't been my experience. I mean seriously, $49+ for two 8 oz bottles doesn't seem as "low as possible" to me considering the product is mostly water.
