Placed an order and received it quickly but didn't realise i had signed up to subscription orders. Therefore, a month later they sent me a further order and as i was on holiday at the time it arrived before i could cancel. On contacting Petlab and explaining that i only had a little dog and a monthly order was to much and cancelled my subscription. I decided to keep the order and Petlab gave me a 30% discount refund. No fuss, no bother. i will order again off them as needed in the future. Well done Petlab. Thanks.

I am very satisfied with how quickly my joint chews and beef treats process and ship to my home. I like to take advantage of the special discounts they offer when I’m checking out online as well. I have been using their products for the past 5 month and their customer service is top notch.

Had an issue with my subscription that was solved immediately. Correspondence with help desk associates via email was very convenient and they were polite and understanding of my situation. My order was canceled and refund was Immediately handled. I do love my how well the products work for my pups I will be back for more!

Unknown to me, I had signed up for Auto Ship. When I received the next shipment, I contacted your Customer Service Dept. My issue was addressed quickly, Since the problem was totally my fault I kept the merchandise. Your Rep told me she would give me a 35% discount. I told her no, it was my fault. She gave it to me anyway. Your company is honest and has the best customer service. Thanks to all of you.

I have an advanced age Cavalier King Charles. She had digressed to the point that she could barely walk and was very unstable. Our vet prescribed a medication for her arthritic condition. She could not tolerate the medication. I saw Petlab on the internet and as a last resort decided to try their Jointcare product. Within a week she showed marked improvement. Now, four months later, Maggie is much improved. She can now interact with the other dogs, run outside, and just a different dog. I showed the product to our vet and after checking the ingredients, he totally endorsed the product. Without this product, she would most likely no longer be with us.

Pet lab worked very well for me. I ordered the dental liquid, it arrived as expected. I had ordered One bottle as a trial, at first my dog, a 10 year old yellow lab, didn't care for it, not sure how he knew it was in the water bowl but stayed away. The Second month I received a second bottle. I called Pet lab, explained what happened with the first bottle and that I had only ordered the one bottle to start , and did not want the second since he did not like it and would not drink it. They were very helpful. Now I have found a way to get him to drink the water with the dental stuff in it, I take water for him when we walk, if I put it in the water bottles for walks he laps it up with out much of a issue. Since the first experience went so well I will be ordering the dental stuff again.

We were scared of having to take our beloved malinois to be put to sleep, he was in that much joint pain. It took a few weeks to fully kick in, but now hes keeping up with a labrador puppy! CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH
