I recently ordered the anti itch chews for my dog and took advantage of the offer advertised to basically triple my order. The offer was very reasonable and was shipped to me quickly in a very nicely put together box and they even included a full portion package of beef liver treats, which my dog absolutely loved. I had no problem getting her to take the chews either. The only "problem" was that the chews worked so well she only needed of what was recommended which meant I had six months worth of product on hand. Lucky me! It wasn't until I got the email that I had an order of chews coming that I remembered about my subscription. I contacted customer service too late to cancel my order but Lorenz helped me get my account in order and instead of making me wait and then return the items for a full refund, which I could of, he offered me a 30% immediate refund without a return which I opted for. My account was credited within 24hrs. I will definitely recommend Petlab and their products to family and friends.

My dog Sammy had really bad breath. I don’t give him anything jus to Give it. I make sure it is not harmful. So I bought the dental rinse that goes in there water. Didn’t think it would work. But I gave it for about a week and I could tell the difference. Now just about all the tarter is off his teeth and it smells a lot better. He is 14 years old. Thanks

We have 5 boston terriers. During this summer their itching has been unbelievable. They say to give it several weeks for results; however, within 3 days our dogs had a dramatic change and stopped chewing on their paws. We highly recommend the Itch Relief!!

Started using Prtlab joint for my 10 1/2 year old Lab and after 2 or 3 weeks started seeing a vast improvement in her mobility, she is even able to jump up on the couch now.

I used the allergy chews for both of my Schnauzers for about 3 months, but unfortunately they did not seem to help them. I contacted Petlab to inquire about sending my last shipment back and they replied immediately. Also, they emailed me a return label right away. Great customer service!
