I have given Petlab 5 stars for their customer service. I tried their Itch Relief Chews on my German Shepherd but unfortunately they didn't work for her. I contacted Petlab about it's guarantee and received a full refund. Worth trying the products as they are good quality .

We have a shiatsu that we keep in our house. He loves to bark at people as they walk by. One day as he was barking he started to choke. It became worse every day. My wife took him to the vet. The vet explained that his throat was calapsing and he said it would worsen by day. It would cost us 7000.00 for surgery. Luckily that day on my phone a ad came on. It was about Patlab. I looked at my small guy and said hopefully you're gonna be ok. I bought a bottle it said joint care for bones and muscle. I'm so glad I seen it. Today me and my wife are so happy that I found Petlab. Thank you so much for the satisfaction that you're company has done. IT WORKED WONDERFUL

I was disappointed not to receive my order and after sending an email I received a prompt reply and received my order and apologies straight away. I cannot fault such customer service and do not usually write reviews but like to give credit when due.
