Jiont care let my dog ,have a better quality life,before she she started taking them after her walk the next day she could barely walk,now that she is taking joint care she is not stiff and walking like a young dog,she is 9,thanks pet lab

Placed an order mid March. Received an email advising the order had shipped. Several days later received and email advising the shipment was delayed and was given a $25 store credit. There needs to be better communication. First thing happened with my first order and I ended up canceling that order. Still not sure when this order is shipping. There's no way to check order status nor is tracking information sent. I love the product but shipping is just not consistent.

So far my dog likes the treats but the shipping took forever. Still waiting on my other order. The Corona might of caused thd delay but I has to follow up just to get an update. Then they started sending me updates via email.

Undecided. I have the itch relief pet chews, and have been giving them to my dog for about 2 weeks now, but haven't really seen a relief yet. Maybe they take a while to get into her system to really work? As for the dental stuff I add to their water, there will never really be a way to figure out if it works or not, right?

Hi Joy, Thanks for giving our products a go. Dogs have their own specific fur and skin conditions, so times may vary but you will begin to see a difference within 4 weeks. We always try to remain optimistic for you and your dog. So keep going and see if there's any improvement over the next few weeks. Additionally, if your pup suffers from allergies or hot spots on their skin, we recommend trying out the Itch Relief Shampoo in tandem with the chews. Best Wishes, Petlab Co.

I was disappointed that you changed the joint chews. The texture, etc isn't as appealing to my dog as the chews before and she's not apt to eat them without having to wrap them in some meat.
