I like your products, but there have been a couple servicing issues. A couple of months ago you were sending me two different subscriptions for the same product, one which I legitimately signed up for, the other I did not. Customer service took care of it, but it is concerning that it happened. Last month I was charged for my subscription but it was never shipped. Again, customer service worked it out, but it was "strike two" and now I worry about how dependable you are.

This review is based on shipping. I ordered the Itch Relief Chews on March 24, and 2 weeks later, nothing has shipped. Perhaps I could give a more accurate review of the product if I actually had it.

Love the joint product for my dog...usually have great customer service up until recently. Guess everyone can blame anything on the virus....just saying...took my payment two weeks ago and suddenly have no product to fulfill the order due to the virus....really? Oh well will probably run out of product ...will take it from there I guess...

I’m not able to give an honest opinion about the products at the moment because I still have not received my shipment. I ordered 1 Dental Formula and 1 Itch Relief Chew on March 22,2020. Today is April 5th,2020 and still no shipment. Of course this is something that is out of Petlab Co’s control because delayed shipment is due to the pandemic. I do wish that Petlab Co had at least sent an email to let customers who purchased products within this time frame to give some update on what is going on. I was so excited to try the products too.

Took over a week to be sent out, after that I got my order in 3 days. Product is good, but that was terrible service.
