Hi Tammy, Thanks for your kind review. Unfortunately, there are rare instances where dogs don't like our chews, so we're sorry about this. That said, a good tactic is to just slip it into his/her daily meals. This has worked in the vast majority of instances amongst our customers. We hope this helps.
