I ordered the dental drops for our fur babies and it has worked well. I canceled my subscription last month because I feel that $36 per month is very expensive. You then offered me 1/2 price this last month and I accepted your offer. Now we’re back to over $36 per month and I’m not prepared to pay so much every month. Your product is great and it seems to work well. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to try it out.

The dental formula does really work and it works quickly. It is VERY expensive for the size of the bottle and it only lasts about 2 weeks. I have used other products that were similar that had a bottle 3 times the size for slightly less. I wish the bottle was much bigger for the same price. When I opened the package, my first impression was "is this all there is?"

I wanna start by saying this company has excellent customer service, and I had an issue at one point they fixed it no problem now I have a supply of them. I love their application which is easily accessible and allows you to utilize your subscription properly. Now come to the joint care. My dog doesn’t really like them but he learns to swallow them so he can get his treats. I do believe they have helped him out considerably. I’m giving this four stars only because he doesn’t like the taste and I have to bribe him to eat them but otherwise they’re great. Thx

Unfortunately, I'm still old school. I like to speak to a person when I'm ordering products. Computer ordering isn't my cup of tea.

I had some shipping difficulties which delayed my auto shipments however reaching out through messenger Petlab does a great service and returns response very quickly and is always great about replacing the order at no cost to me. Excellent customer service...keep up the great job!!

Just received our Pet Lab Co. Joint Care chews for my senior cocker spaniel he’s been with us for a long time and very much a member of the family. When he was young he was ran over and had to get a plated hip never was a problem until now. He lately been having trouble getting comfortable trying to lay down, and has a hard time getting up from tile floor since I think he can’t grip onto like his little floor rug he sleeps on. He oftentimes just looses balance and slips and need help getting up. Many days he limps. We think he doesn’t have enough strength on his plated hip which is his right leg. We were on the verge on putting him down since we don’t want him to be in pain. Then an AD popped up on TikTok and felt like we needed to try the product after doing my research on many other joint care chews and felt this would be the best choice for our dog. We will start giving it to him today and see how it goes. This is our last Hope for my boy if we don’t see a change we will most likely will put him down and stop his suffering. We praying for the best. And I will come back and give an update in 2weeks. On other note, delivery was ok we order Monday and got it today Friday. Packaging was also good.
