I was really looking forward to trying the itch relief chews for my 4 year old dog because of the great reviews it received. His allergies this year have been the worst I’ve seen with him. He’s constantly scratching and licking his paws. I’ve given him oatmeal baths, and tried a few allergy meds, and have opened vitamin E tablets and rubbed them on him to try to relieve some of the itchiness and he seems to still scratch. My dog is not a fussy eater what so ever and for some reason he doesn’t like these treats. I wish this product was offered in a different flavor.. I ordered 2 packs of this product and I’ve gotten him to eat them maybe 2 times. The times he did eat the chews I did notice less scratching right away. Please add more flavors, Petlab.

Good thing: The joint chews are great. 10 year old lab could hardly walk or get up from the floor without help. Only after a few days of using the joint chews he is walking around and somewhat running! Bad thing: They charge you every month. This is recurring. Have tried to cancel. No luck yet.

I like the products but buying them online is a total pain. Last time I managed to buy twice as you don't seem to be able to just choose and go to pay. There are constant"offers" which I do not want.

Katy loves the taste but cannot see much difference in her mobility The calming tablets she does not like.

The product is good, works really well for my malamute, but the customer service isn't......

I am on day 42 with using the chews that is supposed to stop my dog from licking and biting his back legs. That 42 days with my dog wearing a cone. I have seen very little improvement. I am very frustrated. I have tried everything. You were my last hope.

Originally when I ordered I would have given them a 5 easily. I saw a big difference in my dog's health and eyes. But I have been trying to place an order for 2 weeks now the lady on the phone I can't understand her she can't understand me. I've sent email after email I get will get back to you I've asked for help to order I'll get back to you and nobody does. So now I am going to be finding somewhere else to order my things from for my dogs pet lab to me was a little expensive but I saw a change but their customer service right now sucks. I've been in customer service for a long time and never ever have I felt so disregarded. I understand covied 19 causes some issues but twice I'd called on the phone waited and waited and then they can't understand anybody or they can't understand me so good luck to everyone that orders again their products are wonderful if you can order them and they are a little expensive.
