We have a 12 year old great dane/pit mix. He has been allergy tested and has 19 different allergies that create many issues. He was given a lifetime script for steroids and antibiotics due his frequent skin infections and ear infections. The meds stopped working, so we stopped giving them and we were told by our vet to put him down. He is our child so that wasn't an option. Decided to give the probiotic chews a try after seeing an ad on Facebook. We haven't seen our dog so happy and healthy in years!

I have been getting the joint chews for my dog for several years and they really do work. However, it takes for ever for them to arrive I think they come on a slow boat from China. Not sure where this company is located that they take so long. I highly suggest that you do a reorder two weeks before you have to use the last one.

Hi Kathleen, We're so pleased to hear our chews are working wonders for your pup! Thanks for your review.🥰 While we always strive to provide quality customer service, given that a third-party courier handles our shipments, many of these things are out of our control. We sincerely apologize for whatever inconvenience this has caused you. We want you to know though that we continue to research and look for better options to further improve our logistics in the future.❤️ All the best, Petlab Co.

I had ordered a leach, I received for my German Shepherd, unfortunately it was too short I called pet lab and had great customer service. Which they credit my account due to the leach being to short. And for the leach I gave it to my son for his smaller dog. I loved to read the dog information they send over the email, which I find very informative.

Our poor itchy, shedding dog is doing so much better now with his probiotics! No more allergy shots from the vet!

It definitely helped. I've only been using it for one month so I'm guessing that it just gets better over time but I definitely see that her teeth are whiter and her breath is a little better.

Keep in touch, we love hearing great success stories like yours!❤️ All the best, Petlab Co.

I have seen improvement after 1 month of the probiotic chews with my dogs. They stop scratching (by 75%), and whether it is because of this or not, they are eating less tree limbs. I had issues with the order of getting the dental sticks. I was sent complementary package, and I did not reorder, yet it came in on my 2nd order. After a few emails all was cleared and refunded. I believe in their products!

One of my cats has a dental problem, and the problem seems to have subsided a bit after using the dental formula from Petlab. However, I feel paying over thirty dollars a month is a bit steep. Petlab would probably profit more by lowering the price because then it would gain more customers that way.
Response from PetLabCo.Jun 20, 2021
Hi Rosa, We're happy to hear that our products have been of great help to your cat! 😻We definitely understand your concern regarding the price, and we can assure you we work tirelessly every day to keep our prices as low as possible. However, we firmly believe that the benefits of this product outweigh the costs. Considering the benefits and the costs of dental work, the prices we offer are quite reasonable.❤️ All the best, Petlab Co.
