The itch relief pills did not work for our Zeus. He continued to itch after completing 3 containers. He did LOVE the taste of them and looked forward to meals because of them.

Received product late but I’m hopeful it was only because of the pandemic. Pills do seem to be help my yellow lab. She definitely loves the taste of them. Also seems a little pricy. Shopped around find the double the quantity with lower cost. But all in all I feel I’m seeing improvement with how she’s running and walking.

Due to Covid I lost my job and sent an email to the Petlab stating that I currently can't afford the joint care until I get hired somewhere and can afford it. I was sent a package today, 30 days after my email. Now it has to be shipped back and the girl on the phone wanted to argue with me about how to ship it back. Wanting to charge the company more by sending it via UPS rather than USPS (the way it came). Penny and pound foolish. What a waste of money on shipping if they would have only read their emails.

I ordered the itch tabs for my 8 year old Morkie. He seemed to do better, so I reordered 2 bottles. The package came quickly, however only one bottle was enclosed. My credit card was charged for the two bottles. I emailed the company, but have not to this date received a reply. I had read that the customer service was terrible, but I really wanted some relief for my baby, so I decided to give them a try. Now I wonder if I made a mistake. ??!!

My review is based on the customer service. It’s been awhile since I’ve reached out about cancelling my subscription, and it’s been crickets. The items shipped quickly despite COVID-19, but customer service is something to be desired.

Wonderful product. Please advise customers how many chews are recommended for large dogs. A 30 day supply does not last me a full month since I need to give my Great Pyrenees 2 a day. This way the customer knows the adequate amount to order. I also feel by giving the customer an estimated delivery date you give them an idea and expectation....otherwise eve. With the virus slowing delivery times, they have a realistic idea.

The product is beneficial for my dog lameness, HOWEVER the past two orders have been delayed for an extended period of time ( the response was the Covid was the cause) My last supply has run out and her stiffness has manifested itself once again. Yes I ordered two tubs on May 25 in anticipation of the last delay. It’s June 9th and still no order has arrived. If you use Petlab please order four weeks or more in advance so your supply doesn’t run out. GD
