Have not had dog on the anti itch chews long enough to give a proper review. I feel though they seem to make the dog very tired for a all natural product.

I'm on auto order. My card was charged for current order and never received. Contacted Pet Labs....said they would be expediting it and few days later saw that Pet Lab canceled my order but have not received my refund yet. Love the product but constantly have issues with receiving it.

I signed up to receive the dental lab product monthly. I automatically get charged for the product but it doesn't get sent. This has happened twice. the last time I had Io call twice to get the item sent. It was over a month from the time my PalPal account was charged and when I received the Dental Lab. Also, although I have signed up for monthly purchases, I keep getting requests to buy the same item i have signed up for. Not real happy with the service and may have to stop ordering.

The product itself is good as it does help with my dog's mobility; however, the shipping is horrible. Even before the pandemic shipping is slow and unreliable. I have automatic renewal of the joint supplement but there have been times when I have run out because of the slow shipping. I get a notice that the product has shipped and three weeks later it still has not arrived.

My order was shorted for 1 thing. Took so long months to get my order. Bought the anti itch works okay. Still waiting for the rest of my order. Been3 months!

The products seem to work somewhat however, being charged weeks before my order is sent is not ideal. Pet lab should charge when order is shipped.
