Took to long to get order, charged my credit card and never sent a confirmation until I emailed to find out what was going on. Then put me on automatic refill without my permission and sent me another order. Not sure it’s worth ordering from your company in the future, but might if the itch relief works for my dog.

What I hate most of all with this company is the difficulty reaching a customer representative on the phone! You are directed to another person at another location after you have been on hold for half an hour! This is really poor poor service!

Hi Amy, It's unfortunate that your pup is not having the desired results just yet. How quickly you see results depends on the pup's oral/dental health/condition. We do understand that results vary among dogs, but most of our customers see results within 4-6 weeks of using our products. If you haven't seen considerable improvement or result for the past six weeks of consistent use, it may be that there are deeper underlying issues, and so it's worth consulting your vet. Didn't receive my order I initially ordered online. After 8 days of waiting I emailed support and they apologized and sent a replacement order. My initial order was 2 tubs of the itch chews and 1 free sample of salmon bites. The replacement order was suppose to be 2 tubs of itch chews and 1 beef liver bites. I was fine with that. I received 1 itch chews and the beef liver bites. The order that I had seen on the email I received that was coming was 2 tubs of itch chews and 1 beef liver bites. I emailed back and of course apologized again and sent 1 more tub of itch chews. That all said. I think you need to get rid of DHL, I've had trouble with them before. 2nd there was a mix up in the replacement order and it was the person who filled the order, they didn't read closely that there was suppose to be 2 tubs and not 1. I seen it and can't understand why they didn't because it said x2. I will order again but if that happens again, I just can't do it again. I'll just figure something else out. The girl that emailed me, I think her name is Sandra, was very nice. Kudos to her!

Our dog Grace seems to be improving with her joint pain as she takes these. That said, this company is extremely slow to ship products, snd the monthly subscription always runs out st leadt a week before the next one ships at best.
