I love the products Petlab Co. has available for my dogs. We use the Probiotic chews daily. It has helped with bowel issues tremendously, and my dogs love it!

Sadly this Valentine’s Day we lost our best friend, Bruno our Staffie who would have been fourteen in May. He has struggled with his mobility for quite some time, leaving him withdrawn and depressed. We tried the Joint Care chews, and after nearly a month started to see a change. These tablets will not replace medical help, or surgery but have changed his last days beyond belief. They won’t work for every dog, but if you don’t give them a try, you’ll never know. He was on them for quite a while and has really benefited. Sadly, we have now lost our “little boy”, and our world has collapsed. 💔 I contacted Petlab to let them know of Bruno’s passing, and that I wouldn’t need any more tablets. I also said I had three unopened pots, and would it be possible to return them for some sort of refund. By three in the morning I’d recieved the most lovely sympathetic reply, along with confirmation they would refund my money. At the same time they had emailed official confirmation that the refund would happen shortly. Not only that but they said to keep the product if I wished to pass on to other dog owners. This company has had some negative reviews, some very harsh, yet at all times we have had nothing but wonderful support and advice from them. I have no links or benefits from posting reviews for this company. All I get is the comfort knowing the difference their product did for our “little boy” in his last years, and I want to inform others too. If you’re unsure, contact me, I can forward you their responses, and I’ll answer your queries as honestly as I can. Thank you Petlab from me and Wendy, and of course Bruno. ❤️

Been using the itch relief chews now for around 3 weeks and can notice a difference Dave (my Bassett hound) is not itching and licking his paws so much just hope this helps him stop completely

Petlab joint care has help my dog. She is 14 years old. She loves the taste of the joint treatment. When I had trouble with an order they made it right. Great customer service.

Kayla is the bomb. She was so knowledgeable and courteous. I actually ordered more than I intended to cause it was such a pleasure to have her help me. My only complaint is she didnt give me her personal number. The world would be a better place if there were more Kaylas in it.

I thought the products were so good and gave Eris my lovely old girl doggie so much more comfortable in her old age. When I cancelled my subscription as my darling fur baby passed away was treated with compassion and order was cancelled with no problems. Would recommend buying products from this company.
