While I have nothing but good things to say about customer service and the company I’m reserving comments on the product until a later date. I have been using the dental formula for a couple of weeks and haven’t noticed any improvement as of yet. Going to give it more time..

Hi Deborah, We're glad that you are pleased with our customer service. ❤️ We understand that you still haven't noticed any improvement so far. It is worth noting that change in your pet's health takes time. We find most customers see their pets experiencing their most dramatic improvement when using our products into months 2, 3, and beyond. 🐾 Please keep going and keep us posted on your furbaby's progress! All the best, PetLab Co.

Your pet pro biotics work wonderful for my dog. However, your delivery is slow.

After reading the reviews on these probiotic chews, I ordered some. Unfortunately neither of my pups would touch them. I guess because they were pork flavored, so I contacted Petlab and they were very apologetic as well as gave me several suggestions to try and get my pups to eat them. The customer service was quick, informative and very helpful. I give it 4 stars only because I havent been able to see the outcome of the product.
Response from PetLabCo.Jan 25, 2022
Hi Becky, We are sorry to hear your pup won't eat the chews. Although we do our best to ensure our chews are as delicious as possible, sometimes our furry friends just have particular or refined tastes. 😞 Nonetheless, we are so happy to hear that you were satisfied with your customer service experience. We appreciate your pleasant comments! May you choose to stay with PetLab Co. 🐶 Thank you so much for your feedback. ❤️ Kind regards, PetLab Co.

When I received the email about another shipment coming I honestly freaked out. I am on a very tight budget and I I knew that I had put my order on pause for enough months that I could check out the chews to see if they helped my dog. I had not seen any change in her to warrant another shipment.
Response from PetLabCo.Jan 24, 2022
Hi Verna, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern. Our apologies for any trouble caused. 😞 Unfortunately, we recently experienced a glitch in the system that caused the said issue. Rest assured that this has been taken care of. Please disregard the email as it was sent in error. Rest assured that you were not charged and no order is coming. We apologize for the inconvenience and panic caused. Kind regards, PetLab Co. 🐶

I believe that the chewables may work, however didn't realize there was a subscription. Notified customer service and within a couple of days a return label was sent. Waiting to be fully reimbursed once product is received. Thank you for taking care of the issue. I will return later in the coming new year.
